Where is the box office located?

The box office is located just outside the festival near the corner of 7th St. and Middle Harbor Rd.

What are the box office hours?

Box office is open Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 9pm.

Is there bicycle parking?

There is no bicycle parking onsite. We encourage everyone to take the shuttle from West Oakland BART.

What kind of clothes should I wear?

Bring layers! It can get warm in the day, but cold and windy at night.

Am I allowed to leave and reenter?

Sorry, no reentry is allowed. Stay and enjoy!

Am I allowed to bring food in?

Sorry, no outside food is allowed in the festival. Feel free to check out a list of out Food vendors though!

Can I Upgrade my GA ticket to VIP?

Yes, you can! There will be a booth within the fest to upgrade your ticket
